Georgine and I continue to thoroughly enjoy the remodeled bath you and Dave created for us last year. I wanted to pass on a recent anecdote to emphasize the point.
Georgine had both her knees replaced on November 6th. After 3 days in the hospital and 6 days in rehab she came home. One of the things she was really looking forward to was a shower. A day or two later we wrapped her bandages in saran wrap and she showered in our new bathroom. When she came out, she said it was amazing how safe and secure she felt: the seat and grab bars were positioned just right and all the faucets and controls were within easy reach. Not only is it beautiful, it's functional and safe. Thanks again.

Thank you for your generous donation to the Red Shoe Luncheon and Fashion Show! The sold out event enjoyed 200 attendees celebrating women in business and women making courageous transitions in their lives. Your generosity in donating a basket for our raffle contributed to the $8,000 BW NICE was able to donate to SAFE in Hunterdon. Your donation allows us to continue our support of helping SAFE in Hunterdon with their mission of serving victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
We, the Board of Trustees at BW NICE, are deeply touched by your sincere support. Thank you for helping us bring the promise of a brighter day to so many deserving women right here in our neighborhoods. We look forward to building on this foundation for years to come.

In July 2013, the ambitious idea to renovate SAFE in Hunterdon's residential programs was conceived. Five short months later, the vision of a healing environment for women and children has become a reality.
This metamorphosis was made possible by the positive power of community and people such as you. Whether it was one hour of help on site or behind the scenes, an item donated or funded, or a gift-in-kind provided, you were part of the miracles that made THRIVE possible. The entire project was an inspiring and humbling experience. On behalf of the Board and SAFE in Hunterdon, thank you for being part of the journey.

What a thrill to see the turnout at our second annual Red Shoe Luncheon and Fashion Show! A year of planning culminated in a joyous event that inspired every possible emotion - triumph, curiosity, amusement, generosity, sympathy...even a little sadness converted to self-confidence. That's why we created The Red Shoe, as a way for us to celebrate ourselves - fearless women who face our daily challenges head-on and learn to succeed. June 7th was a fabulous success! Close to 200 attendees were there, celebrating women in business and women making courageous transitions in their lives.
Because of your generous donation of a Martini Basket with vintage cocktail shaker, 4 martini glass, mix and cocktail napkins valued at $175 as a raffle item for the event, BW NICE was able to donate $7,000 to SAFE in Hunterdon, our way of spreading our woman-power values to the greater community. Thanks to you, we are substantially helping SAFE with their mission of serving victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
